Where do we ship?

J'Lea Designs is currently shipping to customers in North America only. This includes the USA, Mexico, and Canada. Worldwide shipping may be available in the future.

Shipping Cost: FREE - $15 in most cases

Shipping varies depending on supplier, location, and product. Items shipped from China do cost on the higher end and take longer than most US shipments.

USA - shipping is typically within 2-5 business days (Puerto Rico and Hawaii -may take up to 7-12 business days)

Canada - shipping is typically within 10-15 days

Mexico - shipping is typically withing 10-18 days

To return your product, you should email jleasdesigns@gmail.com for instructions as we work with a variety of suppliers.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
