How does it work?
You provide the necessary information through our secure form, upload your chosen photo, and complete your investment. From there, the magic begins... your image is transformed into a unique work of art. Once the piece is complete, you’ll review and approve it, then select your preferred print type and size via email.
Can this be given as a gift?
Absolutely. Bespoke Alchemy makes a truly meaningful, one-of-a-kind gift. If you’re gifting, simply indicate the recipient’s information at checkout, and I will ensure the experience and artwork are personalized for them.
What is included with my purchase?
Each Bespoke Alchemy session delivers a fully transformed, one-of-a-kind artwork from the image you provide, along with an 8x10 Giclée Fine Art Print. Additional print sizes and formats are available for purchase to perfectly suit your space.
Can I request revisions?
Your satisfaction is my priority. After your transformation is complete, you have the opportunity to review and provide feedback before final approval. Minor adjustments are included in your experience, ensuring the final piece aligns with you.
What kind of photo should I submit?
For the best results, please submit a high-resolution image where your subject is clear and well-lit. While I can work magic with almost any photo, sharper images allow for the most detailed and vibrant transformation.
When will I get my order?
The Bespoke Alchemy transformation typically takes 24–72 hours from start to finish. Prints, both the included 8x10 and any additional purchases, are produced only after your approval of the final piece, ensuring complete satisfaction.
Where are your prints manufactured?
All prints are proudly made in the USA. I work exclusively with a highly reputable, family-owned company with over 40 years of experience, reflecting my commitment to supporting small businesses and exceptional craftsmanship.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is included in the price of your print and includes Signature Confirmation to ensure your artwork arrives safely and securely.
What about returns?
Each Bespoke Alchemy session is a commissioned, one-of-a-kind experience, crafted just for you. Because your session and final artwork are uniquely tailored, initial investments are non-refundable. Once your piece is finalized and prints are ordered, there are no returns or cancellations. Our focus is on creating something you’ll treasure forever.
