Hi, I’m Jody, the face behind J Lea Designs, Wellbeing Works, and POP Station. I’ve always been drawn to growth, transformation, and the idea of becoming more than we ever imagined... both in business and in life. 

I’ve never been one to stay within the systems others create. Many of us spend years living within frameworks that define who we should be, what success looks like, and what’s possible.

I’ve learned that the most powerful breakthroughs happen when we challenge those limits and explore beyond them. 

That’s why I do what I do. 

I love building, shaping ideas, connecting people, uncovering opportunities, and forging partnerships that lead to meaningful growth. Whether it’s a business, brand, venture, or personal transformation, I’m always seeking the bigger picture and the possibilities beyond what’s visible today. 

What I’m creating is more than a business model; it’s a mission grounded in transformation, growth, and healing. A belief that more is possible for me, for you, and for the communities we serve.
