Restructuring the Business Model 

J'Lea Designs is evolving into a trio-path ecosystem built to support Individuals, Families, and Small Business in designing their vision of their "best self", developing the mindset to embody that vision, and the products to secure it all as you build your legacy. 


Refreshing my Professional Foundations

To support this next chapter, I have been actively engaged in...

  • Refreshing and expanding my insurance and product knowledge
  • Studying for new certifications 
  • Building an Independent Broker System aligning with the top providers to bring better options to the residents of North and South Carolina
  • Building the infrastructure to serve my clients with integrity and confidence

This work is essential. It ensures that every offering is grounded in real expertise and long-term sustainability.

Alongside the evolution, I have taken a semi-full-time position to support my lifestyle while I build a sustainable and growing business. This position provides me with:
