Luxe‑Glam Selfie Booth — Booking Disclaimer

  • Only one Luxe‑Glam event is scheduled per day.
  • Bookings are confirmed on a first‑come, first‑served basis. The date is officially reserved only once the non‑refundable 50% deposit has been paid.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the event to receive a partial refund if the session was paid in full at the time of cancellation.
  • Deposits are non‑refundable under all circumstances.
  • Rescheduling requests made within 5 days of the event may require a new deposit depending on availability.
  • Travel fees may apply for events outside the standard service area.
  • Client is responsible for providing safe, accessible setup conditions, including adequate space, power access, and protection from weather for outdoor events.
  • If the event exceeds the scheduled time, additional hours will be billed at the standard hourly rate of $125 per hour and must be approved before extension.
  • In the rare event of equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances on the studio’s end, a full refund will be issued, or the client may choose to reschedule based on availability.
