Meet the visionary known as Jody Cunningham, a creative at heart and a guide by purpose. J Lea Designs and Wellbeing Works were both born from many deep personal transformations. Transformation that came through surviving hardship and trauma, doing the inner work, and choosing to create something meaningful from it all.
These brands reflect different parts of who I am:

- Wellbeing Works is where I guide others through mindset coaching and emotional wellness, helping people reconnect to themselves and find peace in the chaos.
